In order to register a joint account please register a live account on our web site under the email address both of you have designated to be the primary email address and using both of the client’s names.
Immediately after you have activated the account from the link you were sent via email, please make sure that each of you emails the required documents to firstname.lastname@example.org along with their choice of the designated email address to be used for account related correspondence.
In addition we will require a Power of Attorney form signed by each of the applicants individually. This form can be found under Clients Portal>>Downloads section of our web site.
Please also note that the relationship between the parties requesting a Joint Account should be of sufficient substance, ( Husband + Wife / Father + Son).
