If the Debit/Credit Card used to fund your FXCC account has expired there are two options:
1. If the old card has been replaced with a new card, both being associated with the same bank account, then you can withdraw to the new card you were issued. Upon requesting a withdrawal, simply email the card copies of the new card to finance@fxcc.net from your registered email address. For your safety, please blank out the seventh to twelfth digits and also please blank out the last three digits on the back of your card, the CVV number, before providing us with the card copies.
2. If the old card, combined with the bank account it was associated with were closed, we require a bank letter stating this, sent to finance@fxcc.net from your registered email address. Once this information has been received by our Finance department, you will be provided more details on how to proceed regarding this matter.
