In order to register a joint account we require you to register a live account on our website, under the email address both of you have designated to be the primary email address, using both of the clients' names.
Immediately after you have activated the account from the link you were sent via email, please ensure each named party emails the required documents to backoffice@fxcc.net, indicating your choice of designated email address, to be used for all future account related correspondence. In addition we will require a Power of Attorney form signed by each of the applicants individually.
This form can be found under the Traders' Hub>>Downloads section of our web site. The relationship between the parties requesting a Joint Account should be of sufficient substance, (Husband + Wife/Father + Son).
