How do I enable Expert Advisors in MT4

Please follow the below steps in order to enable Expert Advisor on your MetaTrader4 Platform:
Go to Tools > Options > Expert Advisor > click on Enable Expert Advisor > click OK > lastly close and re open the platform to complete the process.
