How to save the trading history on MT4?

To save a Trading Report on your computer, right click within the Account History tab of the MetaTrader 4 platform and select Save as Report/Save as Detailed Report.

Please note that only the trades displayed on the Account History will be displayed on the report. Should you wish a report of all of your trades, make sure you display all your trading history before saving the report.
